We were able to honor our Veterans with an assembly this morning. Thank you to everyone who attended and performed, thank you to all of our Veterans for their service, and thank you to Mr. Bruce Thiemann, who was our guest speaker!
Congratulations to Macie Crow, Mackenzie Webb, Lilianna Poole, and Olivia Stoller, who represented Germantown at the ILMEA District #3 Concert Festival on Saturday, November 9th. We also recognize Kensey Monckton, who made the honor group, but was sick for the festival.
Just a reminder with the end of the 1st Trimester, there is no more bikers and walkers for 3rd and 4th grade students. 3/4th grade students will be able to walk again in the 3rd Trimester, which begins Feb 17th.

We have piles of clothing, water bottles and other items in the Lost and Found. It is all located in the foyer of the middle school. We will keep this until Thanksgiving and then donate it. Please feel free to come and look through the items if you are missing something.
GHMS Student Council would like to thank ALL families that donated birthday boxes for the Midwest Food Bank. As a school district, we were able to donate 196 Birthday Boxes. Some of these will be sent with disaster relief packages for the victims of the recent hurricanes with a shout out to our school! It is a GREAT day to be a WARRIOR!

We had a busy Fun Friday Assembly! We found out the winners of the Literary Pumpkin Contest, recognized our PurposeFull People Responsibility winners, and hear about what some of our 1st grade team is grateful for, as they introduced this month's theme, Gratitude.

Monday, November 4th is St. Jude Night at GHMS. Bring a NEW school-supply item to donate to St. Jude or wear ORANGE (students) for FREE admission. Let’s support the Lady Warriors as they take on the Grey Ghosts of Chillicothe, AND support the kids of St. Jude! Pack the JDS for a great cause!
