All registration and paperwork submissions for the 2025-2026 school will be done in Skyward.
Skyward Access for New Families
The link below will take you to a page to create a new Skyward account. Please follow all instructions that are prompted by Skyward to continue to New Student Enrollment.
After you set up an account you will be need to complete the following two forms:
2025-2026 New Student Registration(students in 1st-8th)
and
Authorization for Release of Records
All incoming students new to District #69 must complete Proof of Residency during registration and CERTIFIED copy (courthouse document) of Birth Certificate MUST also be presented to the school office after completing the online registration form.

These forms are available to be downloaded and printed. Most doctor offices will provide you with the necessary forms. Regardless of whether you download and print or receive a form the doctor you will need to upload the completed forms into Skyward.
