Substitute Teachers and Substitute Paraprofessionals Needed! Make money, set your own schedule, and determine which age group you would like to teach. The district pays $120 per school day to sub for a teacher (plus an additional $12 will go into your Teachers Retirement System account. (The district pays $110 per day when you sub for a Teacher's Aide; no money contributed to TRS.) It's a fairly easy process to sign up, and the registration fee is made up in just two days of substitute pay!

Germantown Hills School District is currently seeking 2 Bus Route Drivers to join our team.

💰 Starting Pay:

  • $33/hour for daily routes (2.5–3.5 hours/day)

  • $23/hour for extracurricular trips
