Our Daily Life class finished up a unit on nutrition and are now focusing on the importance of exercise. Today we did a circuit exercise and they had to tell what muscles they used. They are then going to create a workout routine that hits all the muscle groups.

Our 4th grade had the opportunity today to hear Kim Tomsic, the author of The Elephants Come Home: A True Story of Seven Elephants, Two People, and One Extraordinary Friendship. They were also chosen to ask her two of their own questions! Way to represent 4th Grade! Thank you also to Mrs. Poole for arranging such a great opportunity.

Here is what another student said about Hunter: "After math, I was walking out of the classroom to lunch when I dropped my water bottle and a piece of it fell off and went somewhere. Hunter and I were both a little late to lunch because he stayed to help me look for it." Awesome job, Hunter!
