ALL PARENTS OF KINDERGARTEN
STUDENTS FOR FALL 2023
If you have a child who will be attending Germantown Hills School District #69 Kindergarten classes this fall, please plan to complete the pre-registration process prior to attending the screening.
Pre-registration will be available beginning on our district website Feb 6th.
Screening Dates: (Please allow one hour)
Monday, May 22 9:00-11:40 am
Tuesday, May 23 12:00-2:40 pm
If you are unable to attend our screening process during these times, please call the school office at 383-2121, option 2. It is imperative that all students eligible for kindergarten pre-register and get screened so that the district can determine classroom needs in a timely manner.
Students entering Kindergarten in the state of Illinois must be 5 years of age before
September 1, 2023. Your child’s certified birth certificate must be presented at the time of screening. Screening cannot be completed without a birth certificate. If you are new to our district at this time, you will also need to provide proof of residency. Residency information is available during the pre-registration process and on our district website.
Children entering kindergarten MUST have a physical with a record of immunizations, dental and vision exam on file in the school office by August 1, 2023.

Kindergarten registration fees for the 2023–2024 school year will be $85. There is also a supply fee of $40 for the first student and $30 for each additional student you may be registering.

K-2nd grades $85 + supplies
3-4th grades $105 + supplies
