Kindergarten Students
Fall 2026
If you have a child who will be attending Germantown Hills School District #69 Kindergarten classes this fall, please plan to complete the registration process beginning in February.
You can access all registration information via the Registration tab on the school website.
Kindergarten Registration will become available online beginning February 9th.
During the registration process, you will need to set up a time for your child to come and attend an in-person screening. The screening times are as follows:
Screening Dates: (Please allow one hour)
Friday, May 15th 9:00am-3:00pm
Monday, May 18th 12:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesday, May 19th 9:00am-12:00pm
If you are unable to attend our screening process during these times, please call the school office at 383-2121, option 2. It is imperative that all students eligible for kindergarten pre-register and get screened so that the district can determine classroom needs in a timely manner.
Students entering Kindergarten in the state of Illinois must be 5 years of age before
September 1, 2026. Your child’s certified birth certificate must be presented at the time of screening. Families of incoming kindergarten students will need to post proof of residency through the online registration process.
Children entering kindergarten MUST have a physical with a record of immunizations, dental and vision exam uploaded into Skyward by August 1, 2026.
Final registration will be completed during the month of July. This process includes payment of registration and supply fees and completion of additional forms related to the student handbook and back-to-school information. Please follow our website (ghills69.com) for more details.
