All incoming students new to District #69 must show Proof of Residency. Student CERTIFIED copy (courthouse document) of Birth Certificate MUST also be presented at registration. In order to expedite the registration process, please print & fill out all general information registration forms prior to registration. Printed copies of district registration forms may be obtained in either school office if necessary.
